Our company was formed in April 2000 by the current President, Bruce Upton.  Currently, our company has offices in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Oklahoma.  We have 11 employees who provide audit, security, compliance, loan review, and consulting services to over 130 banks in 11 states.

Our certifications and experience include over 20 years in military communications security, many years of operational banking experience in lending, operations, and data processing.
